BREATHE!
As we are is as we breathe! I learned this very early in my spiritual awakening. I am coming back into a full breathing practice and I am inviting you to join me.
Beginning on Monday – this Monday – August 5 at 5 a.m. PST I will be hosting a morning tele-retreat 4 mornings per week. Come breathe with me for approximately 55 minutes. The sessions are offered through my practice of spiritual circulation meaning that you pay what you can, if you can.
