This Visionscape is titled, “The Golden Chalice.” As I enter the sacred passage way to the infinite this is what I see. The channel within me becomes golden and I often see reds, oranges, purples and golds. There is a feeling of taking flight and I become light. Here I rest, heal and turn my Self over to God. I enter this Divine space through the breath and Spirit said, “Come Breathe with Me!”

As we breathe is as we are… breathe! In just 55 minutes set your week to “Success” as we breathe for clarity, relaxation, achievement activation and peace!
These sessions will be conducted 4 mornings per week Monday – Thursday through August 15. YES 5 a.m. PST

Each session will be approximately 30 minutes of breathing with an active meditation. The total session time is estimated to be 45 minutes no longer than 55 minutes. I am sensitive to people needing to get to work!
These sessions are designed to practice conscious breathing everyday. You do not have to attend every session. For your comfort please mute your phone. This is exercise so work to your individual condition. These exercises may not be suitable for people who have a history of mental illness or women who are pregnant. Please consult your medical provider.
