DIVINE GRATITUDE
Day 30! Death, Gratitude, Stubbornness the words of the preamble. Contrasting choices and the beliefs allow your to live your life, your way.
The facing of the shadow and the heaviness, gives one the desire to move into the light. However, sometimes the darkness is more comfortable. To move into the Light means shedding a part of Self that appears to be real. These steps through the darkness may illuminate only one step at a time.
DAY 30: Your heart motivates you to see the Light in the darkness. Only you can motivate you to take that step into darkness. The path is not fully lit. You take the step knowing that the divine beauty exists.

Day 29! I was wondering about Divine Source Energy and how things, particles, light, essence comes together.
These particles of magnificence, this divine essence of Source is always moving, dynamic. How you arranging and rearranging these partials of the Universe, God, Source…. So Creator… we mean you…. how are you arranging the energy today? How are you arranging each to be beautiful in your life today?

Day 28! You express into the Infinite environment with every word, thought. Part of the journey is to understand two aspects of the trip. In every expression of you contributes to the All. The way of awareness is that everyone and everything is God. That which is not seen and not known is also part of the way.
You are an expression of Divine Source Energy. Therefore any aspect of the environment is accessible to you.
DAY 28: Across all time and space there is no containment of your existence. So in some ways there is no place to go. There is no journey. You existence in the human physical condition you call life. Your existence in the energetic frequencies you become more aware of the energetic frequencies.

DAY 26, 36 CHANNELS IN 36 DAYS
WITNESS!
Day 26! Are you unsettled? Upset? Having difficulty getting to the Quietude to transform your circumstance. Be where you are at. This session encourages you to acknowledge this moment is real for you and that you can shift in the next breath. Some early examples of coming into my gift are included.
The understanding of the Laws can help you come back into alignment with harmony, peace, joy and love. So we would say face that which has hurt you, that which you grieve for, that which you feel separated and apart from, that which you are afraid of, place it into the All. Close your eyes and see where you are. You may notice that you see the Infinite in a different light. This is beneficial. You will see the shifts and you can witness the workings of the shift as it is occurring.
DAY 26: Feel your body, breathe, energize the transformation, release into the Void, bath that which is not serving you with Light and Love, then witness the healing.

DAY 25, 36 CHANNELS IN 36 DAYS
IT TAKES NO TIME!
Day 25! In the preamble there were questions about recognizing the patterns. More sensitivity to patterns of how you teach people to treat you. Or simply the filtering of your own patterns, responses and behaviors. As your ability expands to see more Love in more events and more things your love of self means seeing things in their full color spectrum. Spend the time to say, “I LOVE YOU to yourself,” everyday.
You are polarity, you are gender, you are vibration it is not always what you expected because your desires, your emotional state, your expectations and your heart are in dynamic movement at all time. Patterns change. You changed. So sometimes when things arrive, you have changed so your perspective change. You cannot stay the same. Your very presence brings a force that makes you a change maker. Know that you are powerful!
DAY 25: The Healers are everyone and everything. When you have a gift as a healer, you give this gift for so many people but you do not give it to yourself. Mothers keeping families fed, households running, much to do. The length of time you spend in the Quietude. I don’t have time. You have the luxury of the next breath. There is no time and space. We do not have the containment of knowing how much time has passed. When you plant into the Space, it is not a matter of how long, it is a matter that you planted the seed with the knowingness that you have reaped what you sow.

DAY 24, 36 CHANNELS IN 36 DAYS
A LOVE INFUSION
AFFIRMATIONS, BREATH SQUENCES, AND VISUALIZATIONS ARE IN THIS SESSION. BE IN A QUIET, SAFE, PLACE. ATTENTION IS REQUIRED.
Day 24! We have been teaching about different personalities and aspects of the ONE LAW. God is in everything. God is everyone. God is All there is. As an aspect of this ONE Law you can employ the energy of the Divine. Today we are infusing Love into everything and everyone with deliberate intention. From the food you eat to your brain and your DNA we are on an exploration of infusing Love into everything that forward through the Channel today.
The Law IS. Infusing with Love it is deliberately placing the frequency of Love into everything throughout your day. Simply by putting Love into the situation, release it into the LAW and then know that through all aspects of the LAW will be activated. Rhythm, Correspondence, Vibration, Cause and Effect. Merging your State of God into the State of Law and know that through Infinite Circulation and cause the effect that is in my highest to purpose. I apply the Law that the Law is a force of creation.
DAY 24: I magnetize and attract love into my life. As I apply my thoughts, my hands, my words infused with Love the Universe vibrates for my highest and best good. I AM unified with the Oneness.

BATHING IN LOVE
Day 23! Deep Long Breaths. Let’s grow the Love Filter! Breathing and transformation sequences are included in this session. We would encourage you to just breath. Breathe softly.
Take some time in the quietude because part of this exercise is to bring yourself into the most Divine Space. So today, gently allow yourself to breathe. Allow yourself to drift off into the quietude and see what comes forward.
DAY 23: Always put yourself into the frequency of Love and pay attention to the way the breath is coming to you. Then make note of the things that come forward to you.

EMPLOYING THE LAWS!
Day 22! Over the past few days we have gone over what to do when you hit some rough, tough spots. The Law of Polarity is really the turnaround Law. When you know your inner power as an aspect of the Divine you know that you can employ another aspect of the Divine. Therefore, you can be in total assess of any shift you desire. The interesting part is that there are other Laws as well: Cause and Effect, Correspondence, Polarity and Vibration are discussed during this session. The Infinite expansion moves past your five senses and goes into the unseen and the unknown.

Day 21! The Law of Polarity is an essential wisdom that assist us to see both sides of the coin and then activate, energize or manipulate to the dissolve situations that are not serving us. Day 20! The Law is the Law is the Law is the same for every man. If you want to experiment that is a human experience. Trust is a uniquely human experience. In the vernacular of this work you know. The Law exist for All. It is not something that is variant to the individual expressing the planting. If you plant a tomato you know that you are going to get a tomato! What is there to trust?
If you are responsible for yourself then you know through your Infinity when you plant into Source, that which you plant you will reap!
DAY 20: The human package that you are in has come to express your individual contribution into the conscious intelligence. Without your contribution there is a hole. You are special. You have come to express your happiness watch we are teaching here is your ultimate lifetime. Your ultimate joy! The ease in which you get this lesson is your destiny.

LOVE, JOY, CIRCULATE!
Day 19 You will become aware of the patterns of your life. There is not a hierarchy of frequencies. Think in terms of evolution, not accession or hierarchy. All frequencies have value and all frequencies have opportunities to expand and see differently. Different spaces, different ways and migratory frequencies that allow you to be in movement and vibration.
As you lift off the vibration of that which is worrying you and enter into Love, you become tolerant of that is before you. The lessons through that which is disconcerting to you become gifts.
DAY 19: The Infinite Cycle breath and transformation sequence is included in this session. The unified field is pulling in all aspects of Self into wholeness and then entering the Infinity Self.

Day 18! I promised. I promised that no matter what came I would stay in this process and published what came. This morning’s Channel was one for the closet. Top shelf. We (Bella Qi) and I woke up in a deep, deep, space. A peace that I had not visited for awhile. I will wonder over the next few days if you joined me there. You will experience a long pause. I’m still there. Prepare for it so that you are not thrown off. The Channel will end with an invitation for you to rest and come to know this space.
It is a deep love and peace this space and it is a knowing of that drop of your infinity that melds with the Infinite All. Maybe the point is that through the descriptions you will know that there are different places to BE in God, as God: to BE infinite as The Infinite. Unified.
The Channel and I were merging in places, a new unity. The Translation was woefully inadequate in places. A reminder that the Vessel (me) is only as complete as her experiences and my language abilities, so discern.

Feel the Love deeply without any trappings of the material world. Just feel the Love of God. Each and everyone of us has this space of creation and love. We carry it with us everyday. It is from here you know that the great possibilities are real.

Day 17! There is a time to activate and there is a time to rest. That’s it. The Vessel, (that would be me) is tired. A very short channel today. You will hear a few yawns!
Rest can take the form of releasing and relaxing the brain. Sometimes it is a hobby, like painting. Get in nature. Understand your unique signals. Know that journeying takes a different type of energy.
Drift into that which brings your pleasure. Go to nature. Sometimes the body, mind and spirit needs to catch up with the soul. Or, sometimes you are just plain tired.

What is the right sequence of events, what is the right sequence of language, what is the right sequence of priorities, what is the right sequence of unfolding? Then do it with a divine mindset.

Day 8! Are things showing up for you? In this session I tell a story of receiving a small spiritual miracle that supported something I desired that is near and dear to my heart. Today we practice moving the frequency of Love through our physical bodies, into our emotional body and our into the spiritual space, internally and externally. Feeling unified and grounded in Love.
Breathe the smallest, sacred denominator Love and draw Love out of Void. This is a time of no intention here you just rest. Bringing yourself into focus and awareness, knowing that Love shifts all. Rest.

WHAT IF I HURT TOO MUCH?
Breathing into your sacred space is a way to realize fully the state of God. There are very real experiences that leave you vulnerable. You are not robotic. All pieces do not have to be in this full state of love. This is part of being human. The collective experience of humankind are available to you to draw on. Available to you to feel a connection to a greater good or purpose. These times of trials bring you into understanding this connection.
The love of self is the highest frequency and to present yourself as a loving being of self allows you to radiate into the world with a true face
DAY 5: You walk this walk in a duality of aloneness. This is an illusion. You are Source and you are the miracles of source. Some aspects of your life are being present to bring you into the most brilliant capacity of love.

UNIFYING AS YOUR SACRED SPACE
There are many aspects of Self. Each is influenced by a number of factors: emotions, lifestyles, belief systems and more. As we prepare to enter the Infinite Void, Guidance slows us down. Through the breath we anchored ourselves into the God State. This oneness of Self was called our Sacred Space. Guidance emphasized that our Sacred Space is our daily walk, not a place that we have set up to do the meditation.
Watch out! You can stay in your place of comfort OR you can evolve into the Oneness.
DAY 4: Breath sequences unify us into our Sacred Space. Guidance gave a step-by-step guide into how to energize shifts through our eye set and the type of breath we use. Meditation and breathing sequences are included in this teaching.

DAY 2 – EXHALE INTO THE UNKNOWN

What do milkshakes and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches have to do with LOVE! Well we are encouraged today to give ourselves a break, slather on the LOVE, do not a thing and watch the frequency work.
Give yourself a break, Exhale into the unknown and expect that through Infinite Circulation the known will flow back into you
DAY 2: There was homework. Guidance suggested exhaling into a series of R words. There was a whole series of “R” works like, relax, rejuvenate, reset through the exhalation. The Guidance is teaching us in small portions to bring ourselves into a frequency of transformation that also expands of anticipation, expecting that we can literally exhale into Love and its transformative power.

Well we’re off…. The first channel arrived at an unexpected time. I could barely sleep and so at about 3:00 a.m. in it rolled. The Guidance is in full teaching mode. Wanting to expand an explanation of, What I AM For, I AM. They have begun to express ways of staying in the highest state of our GOD STATE. This was a new way of expressing, transformation our self and our situation using the highest frequency…. LOVE
