I can’t believe I am feeling this! It is a very strong sense of conviction that it is time to WALK LIKE A BLACKBELT, a spiritual black belt that is.
Have you forgotten that you have an inner glow?
I was reading a Facebook post this morning about a woman who was being taunted with racial slurs at work, everyday. It described her tears, not her power.
It’s time to suit up and Glow with GOD. Your God. I’m not prescribing any particular flavor. All is One. So suit up with your flavor and join me as we engage in a remembering that Spirituality is not passive.
Everyone is welcome. I will teach breathing techniques to reconnect you to your fortitude and at the very least have the fear flying in formation. We have a misnomer that anger or fear is bad. It’s not. Fear can keep you safe. It can engage you and activate you. Fear can get you moving. However, when fear disembowels your connection to Source and has you thinking there’s now way out, it’s time for a cleansing up and clearing out.
I will teach you this breath technique. I want to do groups of ten. You don’t have to have ten people we will merge groups together. The cost will be $20.00 per person. Why groups because you can practice and hold each other In Power. So at the very least bring a friend.
