Once you get onto the call, please be comfortable. This is your time. Have a journal to write down any INsights that you receive during the meditation period. Headsets and speakerphones work well so your hands are free and arms relaxed at your side. All participants will be muted. The Channel will be about 45 minutes.
Be prompt and arrive on time.
