36 Channels Day 1 What do milkshakes and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches have to do with LOVE! Well we are encouraged today to give ourselves a break, slather on the LOVE, do not a thing and watch the frequency work.

Give yourself a break, Exhale into the unknown and expect that through Infinite Circulation the known will flow back into you

DAY 2: There was a whole series of “R” works like, relax, rejuvenate, reset through the exhalation. The Guidance is teaching us in small portions to bring ourselves into a frequency of transformation that also expands of anticipation, expecting that we can literally exhale into Love and its transformative power.
