FLOWING INTO YOU!
Day 8! Are things showing up for you? In this session I tell a story of receiving a small spiritual miracle that supported something I desired that is near and dear to my heart. Today we practice moving the frequency of Love through our physical bodies, into our emotional body and our into the spiritual space, internally and externally. Feeling unified and grounded in Love.
Breathe the smallest, sacred denominator Love and draw Love out of Void. This is a time of no intention here you just rest. Bringing yourself into focus and awareness, knowing that Love shifts all. Rest.
DAY 8: Entering the Void is entering LOVE. Today we breathed into the Void and participate in an applied spirituality practice of applied spirituality. Using the example of LOVE we circulate Love into the Void and then flow Love into our day. You have the power. You are the Force!
