THIS IS THE FULL CHANNEL…..

Day 10! When I began this journey 10 days ago, I knew that today was going to be action packed with both the Channel and facilitating the meditation at the Center for Spiritual Living of Southern Nevada. It turned out that these were just two items in an action packed day. (Including a job offer and preparing a gift for an elder who transitioned this week). So the posting got delayed. Spirit knew though with the GO WITH THE FLOW! message. Enjoy two items. The first is an 19 minute breathing sequence that was the Channel for this morning. The second is the meditation from my CSLSN session this morning.
