Day 31! The Ah Ha or the insight is not always pleasant; however, when you understand that everything is dynamic and moving. So even the simplest prayers, sets into motion that which you can not see.  Something is happening…. you may just not see it.

DAY 31: The Law of Polarity can assist you in plotting a pathway to Light, transformation and healing. It may be difficult to have a full understanding of both the shadow and the illumination.  Step-by-step you can breathe into the insight for understanding and process. Release the worry into Law.
