MORE THAN I EVER COULD HAVE IMAGINED FOR MYSELF!

This month’s meditation for the Center of Spiritual Living of Southern Nevada is a meditation that aligns your chakra system (your energy centers) to the activation of, “More Than I Ever Could Have Imagined for Myself!” Enjoy this meditation which allows us to surrender into the Essence of Source.

Pray this once for her as the unified I will strengthen her and all of us as we heal.

As I reflected on the dialogue surrounding the Stanford rape case I realized the good of it. Men talking about how to raise their man child. Woman talking about consent and being in their power. The exposure of the inadequacy of leaving justice in the hands of man to the knowing that THE LAW always prevail. If there is any Good in this tragic exposure of our human being-ness it is these conversations. My heart was connected to this young woman whose Soul is allowing us all to learn compassion through this horrible event.

This is an opportunity to heal thyself and in putting this healing vibration into Self we are placing it into the world

As I emerged from my morning practice these words came. Pray this once for her as the unified I will strength her and all of us as we heal.

I AM My Healer

This energy that awakens me is God and my decision to heal and the ability to activate my healing is mine.

I AM the facilitator of a conversation between my Spirit and my body and between my Self and my God.

I create both the external and internal environments to heighten awareness and expand my dialogue with Source into the subtle and unseen frequencies of the All.

Pain. Sorrow. Grief. Denial. Noise and static blocks my way channel: my ability to feel Source and my ability to hear Source. Yet through these mundane distractions I know Source is always here. I know Source is always present.

All aspects of myself are worthy of God. As I unify the dark shadows, the illuminated spectrums of my Being meld love across all portions of my Soul and I come to this conversation with Source whole and complete. The God Source that I AM is fully realized and expressed as oneness with the God source that is. The Creator Source, I AM.

As I Activate and Power up this unified one Frequency, clear communion with the Divine Unknown release outcomes that are good and very good. Better and more than I ever could have imagined for my Self. I accept each And so IT Is!

Released. Healed. Vibrant. Refreshed. Renewed. Whole. I AM the frequency of God personified as form, flowing and alive, accomplished and actualized.

Amen. Amen. Amen

WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE A CHANNEL?

People often ask me that question. During the recent tragedy in Orlando, I was asked to beam balance and healing out into the world. For me the messages that something was going to happen began on Friday. Below is the post I wrote for The Reiki Experience 360, a teaching moment on how for every action there is an equal an opposite reaction. Sometimes Source allows us to BE in the frequencies of healing as horror unfolds in the world.

As I reflect on the events and tragedy that unfolded over the weekend in Orlando my heart goes out to my friends in the LGTBQ community.

Ultimately, my calling in this moment is to teach. There are a couple of you who have been asking me questions about what it is like to be a Channel, Healer. As I reflected on what to say or quite frankly if I should say anything I was guided to tell you about my experience as an intuitive in this moment. To teach.

On Friday, I had a lot… of things to do on my, “Things to Do” list. When I woke up and swung my feet to the floor I heard, “rest.” After doing the biology I went back to bed. I repeated this cycle three more times and finally I surrendered to the fact that it was going to be a slow, quiet and rest filled Friday. After this third time I heard, “You have work to do on Sunday evening.”

Last night as I settled into my spaces – internally and externally – I was wondering what Friday was exactly. I don’t know. However, I do know that my spiritual contribution to the world last night was to bring “balance” and “healing.” This came through Channel. No or almost no preamble. Channel spoke, “Don’t Cry” (I was weeping, I could feel the Souls) then I heard the word “balance.” For the next 90 minutes I became the vessel to beam Reiki, or balancing energy out.

It is times like these that I understand why I don’t work a 9-to-5 job. Who would believe me when I would say my Guidance is telling me to rest today so I can’t come in. This is my choice to live this way as an intuitive. I don’t always understand when my day gets re-directed. I know, partially because I have been doing this for so long now, that there is a reason.

It is not always ours to know why. It is ours to choose to do the work or not. So some of you have Reiki and others do not. YOU ALL HAVE LIFE FORCE QI that can be directed to transform everything you choose.

How?

Bring your hands into Gasho (prayer) position. Rub them together to energize. Feel the Qi. Say words to activate your Higher Self and connect with the Source of your Spiritual Glow (Your God). Meld into Oneness. Feel Source flowing through you. Intentionally apply your prayer and your Qi into the world. Words like: love, balance, harmony, peace or others may come to you. Beam each out into the world.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Sometimes my work is to make sure that the opposite reaction has a fair representation and gets activated in my little part of the world. In my living room, in my heart space, and on this forum with call the world.

This is the 360 part.
