Release War.
In deep contemplation the Guidance said, “Release the War Within You.” It was a message for my healing as I was bringing up an exasperation that I had fallen into this place of disrepair.
As Guidance led me through the breath sequencing I could feel the war. The conflict between my body and the feeling of failure that I had let myself down. It is being released. It is taking sitting patiently with myself. Breathe.
As I came out of the sequence Guidance said, look around you. Why is war so prevalent now!” It is because there is a consciousness of war that is predominate. You have been fighting covid, fighting each other, fighting for survival, fighting each other’s beliefs, fighting to live, fighting not to die, from fighting loneliness and isolation, fighting to hold onto, fighting for your child, yourself and your family. There has been war upon war. This is just another manifestation.
You must release the war within you to release the war that is before you. Know that Light prevails and breathe. Breathe and stay in the breath. Give Grace to yourself because as you sit in compassion the tension will release and Light can flow through. Radiant Light.
Stay in the breath. Release the war.
As we move into the celebration of The Resurrection, let's move into the Light of Christ, The Radiant Light that we are. The Light of Peace. The Light of Love. The Light of The Divinity. As Above so Within.
